Tenant fee schedule

We are transparent about every charge. There are no admin or referencing fees for tenants.

  • Holding deposit: up to one week's rent
  • Security deposit: up to five weeks' rent
  • Changes to tenancy at tenant's request: up to £50
  • Late rent and lost keys: as permitted by law
